1. Scope of Services
1.1 Agent agrees to provide real estate services including but not limited to property listing, property showing, negotiation, and facilitation of real estate transactions.
1.2 Agent will act in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations governing real estate transactions.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 Clients engaging with Agent agree to provide accurate information regarding their real estate needs, preferences, and financial capacity.
2.2 Clients agree to cooperate with Agent in a timely manner throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
3. Commission and Fees
3.1 Agent's commission and fees shall be as agreed upon between Agent and the client or as outlined in the relevant listing or service agreement.
3.2 Any additional fees, costs, or expenses related to the real estate transaction shall be communicated to the client in advance.
4. Confidentiality
4.1 Agent shall maintain confidentiality regarding all client information unless required by law to disclose such information.
4.2 Clients acknowledge that communications over electronic media (email, messaging apps, etc.) may not be secure and consent to such communications.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Agent shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided, including but not limited to negligence.
6. Termination
6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party.
6.2 Termination shall not relieve either party of any obligations accrued prior to the termination date.
7. Governing Law
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
8. Entire Agreement
8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
9. Amendments
9.1 Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
By engaging with Juan Carlos, the undersigned client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date first written above.
